Chapter Meetings

Chapter meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at the YMCA, 6 Henry Clay Dr., in Merrimack.  Meeting start time is at 7:00 PM for the business meeting portion with pizza, soda and socializing after the meeting.

Chapter meetings are a good time for the members to gather to keep in touch with each other, share a few stories, relive past rides and events, and to address the chapter issues, such as planning the next years events, electing officers, etc.  However, without some order, these meetings can become chaotic, so we try to adhere to the Robert's Rules Of Order. This is a set of rules designed to keep meetings focused and running smoothly.  Please take a look at these rules so you can get a general understanding of how our meeting are conducted.

All chapter business is recorded by our Chapter Secretary.
